Introducing what is the Integrated Impact Assessment

The Integrated Impact Assessment informs the CCGs about the positive and negative impacts of any potential changes to services, as well as mitigation the CCGs could take, such as transport solutions.

We have commissioned a specialist independent consultancy Mott MacDonald to carry out the Integrated Impact Assessment.

The assessment takes place in three phases. Phase one has been completed and is published here. The subsequent phases will be conducted between November and the close of consultation. We are currently scoping the terms of reference for this work.

The final impact assessment will be completed and published at the end of any public consultation and will be considered as part of the decision-making process, in line with normal practice.

No decisions are made about services until after a consultation has finished and all the evidence and feedback has been assessed.
