Based on all of the evidence to date, the IHT Committees in Common of the three CCGs voted unanimously to proceed to consultation with a preferred option of refurbishing both Epsom and St Helier hospitals and bringing together the six services into a new purpose-built specialist emergency care hospital and for that new specialist emergency care hospital to be based at Sutton Hospital and co-located with the Royal Marsden.
