Paramedics assess patients and decide on the best place for them to go to receive the care and treatment they need. We have been and continue to work closely with both the London Ambulance Service and South East Coast Ambulance Service on the processes and pathways for the future and both ambulance services are supportive of the need to change and our proposed model of care.
