A small team has a specific role to deliver the Improving Healthcare Together programme on behalf of Surrey Downs, Sutton and Merton CCGs. They work from offices based at NHS South West London Alliance (which includes in its structure: Croydon, Kingston, Richmond, Merton, Wandsworth and Sutton CCGs) and Surrey Downs CCGs in Leatherhead.
