Improving Healthcare Together 2020 to 2030 was the name given to the programme to tackle the challenges facing Epsom and St Helier hospitals around clinical standards, aging buildings and finances. The programme is led by NHS Surrey Downs, Sutton, and Merton Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) – the organisations that are responsible for buying and making decisions about healthcare services in Surrey Downs, Sutton and Merton on your behalf.
