Bringing the obstetric and paediatric consultants on to one site will mean that you will have more constants than you need when compared to the standards. Does this mean that there will be redundancies?

There will be no redundancies as a result of the proposed changes.  The standards provide a minimum level of staffing and by bringing these services together on to one site will mean we will be able to provide great support with more consultants on site and more hours of cover to review and care for patients.
