An Improving Healthcare Together Committee in Common meeting was held on 3rd July 2020, from 11:00 – 14:00. Due to the current social distancing rules for coronavirus, the meeting took place online and was live streamed via Microsoft Teams.
At this meeting, NHS leaders have approved plans which will see a brand new, state of the art hospital built in Sutton to treat the sickest patients with most services staying put in modernised buildings at Epsom and St Helier hospitals.
