During the consultation, Surrey Downs, Sutton and Merton CCGs have either hosted or attended many outreach meetings and events to provide local communities with information about the proposals and signpost stakeholders to the consultation questionnaire. This engagement programme used a targeted approach based on the findings from the independent Deprivation Impact Assessment and draft interim Integrated Impact Assessment which identified protected characteristic groups and hard to reach communities that may be potentially impacted by the proposals.
This appendix lists the various meetings and events either hosted or attended by the three CCGs.
