The purpose of the consultation plan is to describe Merton, Sutton and Surrey Downs Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) approach to communications and public consultation for reaching out to and engaging with key interest groups and the public. It also describes the timelines involved and resources required to deliver the plan for the period up to, during and after a formal public consultation.
